How do I delete or hide entire chats in GroupMe?

You can hide chats, but you can't delete chats from your device.

If you hide a chat, it's only hidden on your own device.

To hide a chat:

On iOS: Swipe left on the chat you want to hide. Select Hide.

On Android: Select and hold the chat you want to hide. At the top right of the screen, tap the hide icon that appears.

On Windows 10: In the chat, select the avatar then select Chat settings > Hide Chat.

To unhide a chat:

1. Go to the main menu (or swipe right) and tap Archive. Your hidden chats are displayed.
2. Select and hold the chat you want to show (or go to the chat settings on Windows 10) and select Unhide.
