When creating a poll, remember the following:
- There's a maximum of 10 voting options per poll
- The poll title and each voting option has a maximum of 160 characters
- The end date must be within the next two weeks (today + 14 days maximum)
- You can have up to 50 active polls per group chat
- While anyone can create a poll, only the poll’s creator can end it
If you’re having trouble creating a poll, it may be because:
- There are too many active polls in the group
- There’s an issue with the poll title, voting options or end date
- There’s a server problem. If this occurs, try again later.
